Paola Soave is an independent curator and co-founder of Agency, curatorial collective based in Paris. She studied cinema and video art at the University of Paris 3 Sorbonne-Nouvelle and at the University of Montreal. Her thesis “The screen-form. Body, space and contemporary art” questions the evolution of the screen. Last year she graduated with an MA in Contemporary Art and Curating from the University of Paris IV Sorbonne. She worked in the New Media Department at the Centre Pompidou, at the Films du Jeudi and she assisted Chantal Pontbriand for The Yvonne Rainer Project, presented at the Jeu de Paume and at La Ferme du Buisson. In October 2014 she curated, with Agency and Pontbriand W.O.R.K.S, the exhibition Photography Performs – The Body and the Archive at the Centre Photographique d’Île de France. She currently collaborates with Monitor Gallery, Rome/New York.

Paola Soave est commissaire d’exposition indépendante et co-fondatrice d’Agency, un collectif de commissaires d’exposition basé à Paris.
